Configuration Specialist

📋 Description

• Configure and oversee the grants management system for client-oriented digital experiences

• Set up system modules, user roles, forms, business rules, permissions, and automation pathways

• Ensure that configuration modifications adhere to internal standards and uphold platform integrity

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to configuration

• Elevate intricate technical challenges to development teams and collaborate on solutions

• Verify data accuracy and troubleshoot any inconsistencies in workflows or setups

• Collect agency requirements and convert them into functional system configurations

• Assist non-technical stakeholders in understanding configuration logic

• Create configuration documentation and maintain knowledge bases

• Engage in QA testing for updates, releases, and new features

• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to enhance feedback loops

• Propose enhancements for workflow efficiency and configuration processes

• Aid in the onboarding of new clients through platform setup and data alignment

• Analytical, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly responsive

• Capability to configure and manage a grants management system based on client requirements and workflow specifications

• Proficiency in establishing system modules, user roles, forms, business rules, permissions, and automation pathways

• Skill in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to configuration

• Ability to work collaboratively with development teams on complex technical challenges

• Competence in validating data accuracy and troubleshooting inconsistencies in workflows or setups

• Understanding of agency requirements and the ability to translate them into system solutions

• Clear communication skills with non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to prepare and maintain configuration documentation and update knowledge bases

• Participation in QA testing for updates, releases, and new features

• Ensuring that implementations meet compliance, functional, and user experience standards

• Collaboration skills with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support teams

• Capacity to assist in onboarding new clients, including platform setup and data alignment
