Concierge Specialist – General Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to provide exceptional service across dining, experiences, and retail.

• Collaborate with all departments to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of member concerns.

• Interact with members, showcase the product interface, and offer a comprehensive overview of the membership.

• Fulfill end-to-end requests from members.

• Demonstrated experience in luxury concierge or hospitality sectors.

• Ability to adapt and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A ‘yes first’ attitude.

• General understanding of high-end experiences, luxury products, and fine dining establishments.

• Experience in dealing with high net worth individuals and clients.

• An entrepreneurial spirit with a problem-solving mindset.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that are clear and effective.

• Background in a collaborative and transparent work environment.

• Capability to thrive in a high-pressure setting with tight deadlines.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

• Must be a resident of the UK.
