This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform video concepts into captivating ideas for future thumbnails, even before filming begins.

• Illustrate the "what if" scenarios (e.g., the trap, the twist, the stakes) in a single visual frame.

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to influence what the online audience will see next.

• Refine each concept until it is immediately understandable, even without sound and with the title obscured.

• Complete a creative brief for an existing video and thumbnail as part of the application process.

• Develop an improved version of the provided video and thumbnail concept.

• A keen eye for elements that compel viewers to stop scrolling.

• Clear, straightforward, and high-clarity conceptual work.

• An innate sense for stakes, drama, and clickability.

• A person who analyzes successful (and unsuccessful) strategies and possesses insights about them.

• Resume is optional; candidates must showcase their abilities through the creative brief assignment.
