Compliance Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop the compliance function for a portfolio of mobile products.

• Lead the compliance team: set priorities, allocate areas of responsibility, and enhance the team's expertise.

• Improve compliance reviews of product changes and marketing activities by integrating checks into team workflows.

• Assess the impact of changes in Apple App Store, Google Play, and advertising platform policies on the business and determine necessary actions.

• Serve as a partner to C-level executives, Product, and Marketing in critical decisions and assist in finding safe ways to implement product and marketing hypotheses.

• Coordinate efforts in unforeseen circumstances at the levels of priorities, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Create a risk map, key compliance metrics, and a plan for process improvements, standards, and automation.

• Review internal compliance policies and align them with actual business processes.

• Communicate with representatives from Google, Apple, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok regarding strategic compliance issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in compliance, trust & safety, legal, or a related field.

• Experience in managing a team or a specific functional area.

• Deep understanding of business processes, ability to identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.

• Strategic and analytical thinking.

• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear recommendations and actionable solutions.

• English proficiency at B2+ level — both written and verbal.
