This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee compliance and incident reporting, ensuring that corrective actions are monitored and completed within specified timeframes.
• Assist with internal and external audits by compiling evidence, generating reports, maintaining registers, and preparing compliance documentation.
• Manage workforce management systems such as Timegate, Templa, and Lighthouse, ensuring data precision and system reliability.
• Control user access, permissions, site configurations, master data, cost centers, and system documentation.
• Track and evaluate workforce, attendance, training, and compliance data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
• Execute payroll and timekeeping audits, examining rostered, approved, and clocked data to pinpoint exceptions and control deficiencies.
• Offer compliance, reporting, and system assistance to Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Services teams.
• Collaborate with software vendors and internal partners to resolve system issues and facilitate solutions.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
• Manage subcontractor compliance platforms, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and comprehensive.
• Generate regular operational, compliance, attendance, audit, and client performance reports and dashboards.
• Create user manuals, procedures, and training materials, and provide system training to team members.
• Maintain precise records, audit trails, and confidential business information in line with company policies.
• Support operational improvement initiatives, special projects, and other business assistance activities as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance, audit support, workforce management systems, business systems administration, or a comparable role.
• Proficiency in managing workforce, payroll, compliance, or facilities management systems.
• Strong grasp of compliance processes, incident management, corrective actions, and audit coordination.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience in reviewing workforce, attendance, payroll, or roster data, identifying trends, exceptions, and areas for improvement.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with systems and experience collaborating with software vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to educate users, develop procedures, and produce professional reports.
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
