Compliance Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Receive, log, and systematically organize compliance-related records and documentation.

• Process both internal and external requests for records and coordinate retrieval with vendors and staff.

• Ensure secure storage and tracking of records in line with retention requirements.

• Address routine inquiries related to records, confidentiality, and documentation processes.

• Assist in the scheduling, agenda preparation, and materials for compliance-related meetings.

• Support compliance operations by managing records, processing requests, and maintaining documentation.

• Coordinate documentation activities to guarantee secure handling of information while adhering to regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED along with one (1) year of experience in medical records; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Candidates must reside within North Carolina.

• Ability to travel within the designated catchment area as needed.

• Preferred: Experience in assisting with the organization of confidential information.

• All applicants must successfully pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
