This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +1 more country.
• Manage, implement, and audit ongoing identity and physical location verification processes throughout the remote employee lifecycle.
• Supervise multi-faceted identity validation during the recruitment process, which includes video interview image capture, SHL behavioral assessment photo capture, and Webex-based I-9 document verification via the Sterling Portal.
• Oversee identity checks during Day 1 new hire orientation, as well as Webex Admin Console IP and geographic location checks.
• Audit daily training identity verifications and mandatory go-live identity gate assessments.
• Direct quarterly and event-driven identity revalidation initiatives across active operations teams.
• Manage alerts from Sentinel Vision's continuous workstation monitoring.
• Conduct physical location checklist audits, which encompass asset tags, wall outlet types, ISP modem validation, travel router/VPN checks, and phone verification.
• Supervise the biometric Yubikey opt-out program and set enrollment standards.
• Investigate any discrepancies related to identity or location, pause training/system access, escalate issues as necessary, and generate iSmart IT Incident tickets.
• Lead notification protocols for clients and executives in cases of suspected impersonation.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, IT/Logistics, Asset Recovery, Talent Acquisition, Service Delivery, and HR to address violations within SLA guidelines.
• Ensure that evidence records, photo captures, and audit trails are maintained in eDMS and Smartsheet in compliance with 90-day retention policies.
• Compile findings into monthly Performance & Risk Reports.
• Engage in threat-intelligence reviews and suggest enhancements to controls.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Criminal Justice, Information Security, Compliance, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
• Proven leadership in delivering HR programs in the United States.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and investigative capabilities.
• Firm commitment to ethical standards.
• Ability to manage sensitive HR data with a high level of integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and data privacy regulations.
• Strong communication skills at the executive level.
