Compliance Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across departments to address business challenges.

• Assess communication strategies and suggest enhancements.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion.

• Monitor and report on financial data.

• Assist in projects related to case management, analysis and reporting, or transformation project management.

• Support initiatives in employee engagement, business continuity, and compliance programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Open to all undergraduate and master's degree candidates.

• Educational background in Organization Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Analytics, Legal Studies, Public Policy, Risk Management, Consulting, or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.

• Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools.

• Ability to maintain trackers and manage follow-ups in a collaborative setting.

• Capability to research unfamiliar subjects, evaluate various sources, identify gaps or trends, and summarize findings.

• Comfortable working with data and AI tools, including quality checks, basic analysis preparation, and report development.

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to ask insightful questions, seek clarification, and provide recommendations.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with guidance.

• Possess curiosity, adaptability, accountability, and a willingness to learn.

• Demonstrate a proactive and reliable approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Exercise sound judgment and discretion when managing confidential, sensitive, or potentially privileged information.

• Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future.
