This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
β’ Prepare documentation for the Landlord/Agent Identification Certificate (LAIC) for designated properties.
β’ Coordinate owner signings with the Customer Success team while tracking outstanding signatures until closure.
β’ Manage utility calls with service providers effectively.
β’ Oversee utility activations and deactivations in accordance with occupancy and turnover schedules.
β’ Monitor utility payments and prepare requisitions for payment.
β’ Ensure accurate maintenance of utility account records.
β’ Handle annual rental registration renewals and manage new unit registrations.
β’ Keep track of registration deadlines and proactively flag renewals.
β’ Administer lead compliance records, inspections, clearance testing, and renewal of certifications.
β’ Record property violations and civil infractions, tracking them to resolution.
β’ Organize corrective actions and confirm compliance with relevant authorities.
β’ Stay on top of violation deadlines, hearing dates, and payment due dates.
β’ Assign and oversee work orders for Assistant Property Managers (APMs).
β’ Coordinate APM field tasks including owner visits, notice postings, court participation, apartment inspections, and leasing operations.
β’ Maintain compliance trackers related to registrations, LAIC documentation, lead compliance, violations, utilities, and APM work orders.
β’ Collaborate with the AGM, Legal, Customer Success, property owners, utility providers, and municipal offices.
β’ Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements to workflows.
β’ Report on compliance metrics and operational efficiency.
β’ Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in a relevant field.
β’ Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities, with a knack for managing multiple recurring deadlines at once.
β’ Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and consistency in documentation and record-keeping.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to comfortably make outbound calls to utility providers, municipal offices, and property owners.
β’ Comfortable delegating tasks to field staff and ensuring timely completion with proper documentation.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace; capable of learning internal tracking and HRIS/property management tools.
β’ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across various departments, including remote work.
β’ Basic understanding of rental licensing, lead compliance, and municipal registration requirements, or a willingness to learn.
β’ Availability to work during U.S. business hours (EST).
