Compliance Innovation – AI Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement agentic AI solutions aimed at resolving Compliance challenges related to monitoring, third-party risk management, trade controls, and open reporting/investigations.

• Quickly prototype and refine AI-driven workflows utilizing internal AI tools, commercial LLMs, and orchestration tools.

• Incorporate internal tools, platforms, and stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions.

• Partner with professional services teams on strategic projects.

• Guide Compliance teams in managing and directing hybrid human/AI-agent workflows.

• Develop governance practices to ensure AI-agent solutions are defensible, transparent, auditable, and align with enterprise AI standards.

• Empower Compliance professionals to create and manage their own AI solutions.

• Provide internal advice regarding AI capabilities and limitations based on practical experience.

• Connect and repurpose solutions within the Compliance Digital Transformation portfolio.

• Highlight project insights for larger strategic investments.

• Stay updated on evolving AI best practices and capabilities.

• Engage with functional stakeholders to comprehend issues, translate pain points into solutions, and validate results.

• Iterate based on feedback, adoption metrics, and value creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Law, Data Science, AI/Machine Learning, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Practical experience in compliance, risk, audit, legal operations, analytics, or a similar function.

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI or automation solutions within a complex, global environment.

• Proficiency in commercial LLMs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.

• Familiarity with workflow automation or agent orchestration tools such as n8n or Power Automate.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.

• Understanding of AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, or model risk management practices.

• Capacity to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver quickly without extensive oversight.

• Experience in change management, process improvement, or operational integration tasks.

• Preferred: knowledge of Python, SQL, or other scripting/query languages.

• Preferred: familiarity with Power BI or similar BI/visualization tools.

• Preferred: experience in coaching or training others in technology adoption.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with external consultants or professional services teams on technology delivery.
