This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Conduct research and summarize the regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements.
• Assist in licensing and regulatory-readiness initiatives, which include applicability research, gap analysis, evidence requests, policy reviews, and preparation of application documents.
• Structure regulatory requirements into organized modules, evidence categories, checklists, and mappings.
• Evaluate AI outputs for factual accuracy, source traceability, missing information, and formatting discrepancies.
• Draft initial compliance analyses, evidence guidance, client reports, pitch-deck materials, and review documents.
• Aid in maintaining regulation-to-service mappings, evidence checklists, and reuse mappings for submission materials.
• Organize materials provided by customers and identify potential evidence gaps for confirmation by reviewers.
• Document reviewer feedback and update templates, evaluation cases, and compliance knowledge resources.
• Facilitate coordination and request tracking among client-facing teams, compliance reviewers, and Engineering.
• Report ambiguous regulatory interpretations and unsupported conclusions to experienced reviewers.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in law, finance, accounting, risk management, public policy, business, computer science, or a related field.
• Excellent research, analytical, and structured writing abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially when reviewing regulatory sources, citations, and customer documents.
• Capability to organize intricate information into clear checklists, summaries, presentations, and reports.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and adhere to deadlines.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; professional proficiency in Chinese is preferred but not mandatory.
• Interest in digital asset regulation, financial compliance, licensing, or AI-assisted compliance processes.
• Familiarity with digital asset regulation, VASP licensing, or comparable regulatory frameworks is preferred.
• Prior internship, coursework, or project involvement in compliance, law, audit, fintech, digital assets, or regulatory research is preferred.
• Basic understanding of LLM limitations, hallucination risks, source traceability, and the human-in-the-loop review process is preferred.
