Insurance Product Compliance Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of risks associated with rules, regulations, and sub-regulatory guidance related to Medicare Insurance Products, particularly for Dual Eligibles.

• Provide consultation on relevant rules, regulations, and sub-regulatory guidance.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support upcoming deliverables.

• Evaluate product-specific documents, contracts, licenses, member communications, and marketing materials while protecting Humana's brand integrity.

• Aid in the maintenance of compliant insurance products in partnership with responsible business owners.

• Grasp department, segment, and organizational strategies and operational goals, along with their connections to related areas.

• Make decisions regarding work methodologies in occasionally ambiguous scenarios with limited guidance.

• Adhere to established guidelines and procedures.

• Engage in a case study that assesses critical thinking, regulatory reasoning, risk judgment, and structured recommendations for Medicare Advantage DSNP products if progressing in the interview process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid plans.

• At least 1 year of experience in summarizing complex information and customizing communication for different audiences, including contracts and federal and state regulations.

• Proven ability to work independently while remaining focused and managing deliverables to meet essential internal and external deadlines.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

• Compliance experience is preferred.

• Experience working with State Agencies is preferred.

• Familiarity with State and Federal Regulations is preferred.

• Experience relating to Dual Eligible members and healthcare plans for MA DSNP product offerings is preferred.

• Capability to work from a dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings.
