This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.
• Manage compliance processes independently for healthcare professionals across various clients.
• Oversee compliance files from initiation to completion, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled prior to assignment start dates.
• Review, verify, and maintain licenses, certifications, background checks, and health records.
• Ensure compliance files adhere to regulatory, accreditation, and client-specific standards.
• Manage workflows, deadlines, deliverables, expirations, outstanding requirements, and time-sensitive compliance items.
• Facilitate the completion of compliance requirements through follow-up and coordination.
• Identify and escalate risks or delays that may impact start dates or compliance status.
• Act as a point of contact for compliance communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with staffing agencies, vendors, and client contacts to ensure timely completion of compliance items.
• Maintain accurate records within VMS, ATS, and compliance systems.
• Monitor compliance progress, documentation, and status; ensure data integrity and readiness for audits.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Manage requirements that differ by client, MSP, or program.
• Recognize workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate on projects aimed at enhancing compliance execution, quality, and throughput.
• Develop proficiency in compliance systems and gain knowledge of regulatory requirements, client expectations, workflows, and best practices.
• Achieve success metrics, including on-time completion, documentation accuracy, audit scores, productivity, deadline management, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare staffing compliance.
• Proven experience in independently managing compliance workflows or processes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, such as Joint Commission, HIPAA, and OSHA.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with VMS, ATS, or compliance systems.
• Experience managing high-volume compliance files across various clients.
• Experience supporting audits or maintaining documentation that is audit-ready.
• Experience working with external vendors and client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance workflow efficiency, documentation, and tracking.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to remain stationary for approximately 50% of the workday, learn and apply new tasks and procedures, maintain focus, complete work independently, make timely decisions related to workflow, and meet productivity or time-based performance expectations.
