Compliance Consultant – Government Contracts, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in activities related to government contract compliance, pricing governance, and readiness for audits.

• Create and sustain compliance monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions utilizing Salesforce, Power BI, and AI-driven technologies.

• Conduct audits on contract, customer, product, and pricing data to pinpoint risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with teams across Commercial, Contracting, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other departments to enhance data governance and process controls.

• Employ analytics and automation to optimize compliance reviews, reporting, and business processes.

• Assist in implementing corrective actions and process enhancements that mitigate risk and elevate performance.

• Lead or participate in strategic initiatives focused on compliance transformation, reporting enhancements, system upgrades, and digital innovation.

• Deliver findings and recommendations to stakeholders and business leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in compliance, contract administration, analytics, sales operations, auditing, or similar business roles.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the skill to assess large datasets and uncover trends and risks.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com, reporting tools, dashboards, and data analytics.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting federal government contracts, healthcare, MedTech, or other highly regulated sectors.

• Preferred: Understanding of government contracting principles, pricing compliance, or regulatory standards.

• Preferred: Proficiency in Power BI, data visualization, or business intelligence tools.

• Preferred: Experience utilizing AI, automation, or digital workflow technologies.

• Preferred: Background in Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
