This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee activities related to corporate compliance.
• Coordinate compliance monitoring and auditing initiatives across the company, including assessments of internal business units and vendors.
• Aid in ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, laws, and internal policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and execution of the Compliance Team's goals, objectives, plans, policies, and procedures.
• Formulate and implement policies and procedures that align with the Company's contractual commitments.
• Conduct proactive monitoring and auditing of areas that may present high risks.
• Prepare reports and assist in the implementation and monitoring of corrective measures.
• Support the annual conflict of interest evaluation and manage the associated monitoring system.
• Oversee the Company's Third-Party Assurance process, including vendor risk assessments and remediation discussions.
• Assist the IT department with SOC 2 and HITRUST audit processes.
• Organize external audits, assessments, and surveys conducted by Company clients.
• Manage the Company's corporate insurance portfolio.
• Handle the Company's corporate registrations.
• Act as a compliance resource for Company personnel and promote open communication.
• Support the management and oversight of special projects.
• Bachelor's degree in health administration, communications, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven and current knowledge of applicable auditing standards and techniques.
• Familiarity with CMS compliance requirements is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of SOC 2 and HITRUST requirements sufficient to assist the IT organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Capability to gather and analyze data, write reports, and organize work efficiently.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Adaptable, energetic self-starter capable of functioning in a non-structured environment.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, make decisions, and work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong technical proficiency in computers and relevant software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
