Competitive Intelligence Operation Lead, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete management, operation, and enhancement of the Crayon Competitive Intelligence platform and the Clozd Win-Loss platform across all Iron Mountain business units, utilizing artificial intelligence capabilities for sophisticated analysis and immediate buyer insights.

• Collaborate with Iron Mountain Information Technology teams to implement integration roadmaps with essential systems—including Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, People.ai/Backstory, and Google Workspace—while promoting cross-functional adoption and acting as the internal subject matter expert across sales, product, and marketing.

• Supervise the execution of the Clozd Win-Loss program and Crayon content, ensuring that all automated workflows, interview guides, and dynamically updated battlecards comply with organizational standards while tracking platform success metrics such as seller login rates and influenced revenue.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Competitive Intelligence, market intelligence, or platform management within a complex Business-to-Business (B2B) enterprise.

• Strong knowledge and extensive experience with the Crayon Competitive Intelligence platform and the Clozd Win-Loss platform, demonstrating a proven ability to utilize integrated artificial intelligence tools for actionable insights.

• Proven expertise in technical project management, particularly in managing relationships with the Information Technology function to implement integrations between Competitive Intelligence/Win-Loss platforms and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Sales Enablement systems such as Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong.

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree in business, marketing, or a related analytical field.
