Compensation & Total Rewards Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects related to compensation, benefits, salary benchmarking, and job classification.

• Create project plans, collaborate with contributors, and monitor milestones and deliverables.

• Facilitate data gathering, salary surveys, stakeholder interviews, and review of documents.

• Coordinate efforts among compensation analysts, HR specialists, and senior advisors.

• Assess findings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications.

• Assist in the development of salary structures, compensation proposals, and implementation strategies.

• Prepare updates, reports, and presentations for clients.

• Manage project budgets, risks, and unresolved decisions.

• Contribute to proposal development through project planning and pertinent technical insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing projects or programs related to compensation, total rewards, benefits, HR, or workforce planning.

• Capability to coordinate various contributors and ensure clear accountability.

• Knowledge of compensation practices, salary benchmarking, or job evaluation methods.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Proficient in translating project insights into clear recommendations and deliverables.

• Relevant experience in leading HR initiatives or consulting projects; formal program management title is not mandatory.

• Preferred: Experience with projects involving U.S. government agencies or public-sector organizations.

• Preferred: Involvement in compensation studies, classification reviews, or implementation of salary structures.

• Preferred: Experience in client-facing consulting and engaging stakeholders.

• Preferred: Relevant certifications such as PMP, CCP, SHRM, or PHR/SPHR.
