This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee intricate and high-stakes compensation projects in the role of project manager.
• Collaborate across various departments including benchmarking, revenue, and other internal teams.
• Assist in aligning stakeholders and developing compensation strategies.
• Carry out job pricing and model salary structures.
• Establish frameworks for job families and structures for job leveling.
• Produce policy documentation and provide training for compensation communications.
• Analyze complex market data and customize recommendations based on client needs and goals.
• Work alongside client stakeholders and senior leaders to discuss compensation strategies, findings, and proposals.
• Share insights and best practices with team members.
• Facilitate onboarding, shadowing, and peer review processes.
• Resolve complex issues and assist revenue teams during prospect and renewal discussions.
• Identify skill gaps within the team and recommend professional development opportunities.
• Engage in departmental process enhancements to improve service delivery.
• A minimum of 7 years of direct experience in compensation.
• Proficient in benchmarking and market pricing across diverse industries, locations, and data sources.
• Skilled in designing, developing, and analyzing salary structures.
• Knowledgeable in job architecture, job family frameworks, and job leveling.
• Experienced in developing and implementing compensation strategies.
• Strong project management abilities, including the capability to manage moderately complex to highly complex client projects independently.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey compensation concepts clearly to client stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience in client-facing roles, delivering consulting or professional services to external clients.
• Willing to share compensation expertise and assist in the development of teammates.
• Reliable broadband or fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps when working from home.
• A dedicated workspace with a consistent Wi-Fi signal.
• Device available for multifactor authentication (MFA/2FA).
• Preferred: experience with global job architecture and international compensation structures.
• Preferred: knowledge of variable pay structure design.
• Preferred: experience with pay equity analysis and transparency.
• Preferred: compensation certification such as CCP.
