This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and clients.

• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication.

• Recognize the specific needs of clients and their employees.

• Ensure client satisfaction and promote retention.

• Update clients on new benefits, developments, and opportunities for optimization.

• Enhance the existing benefits portfolio.

• Introduce innovative bonus models.

• Create customized benefits programs.

• Offer strategic guidance to clients.

• Evaluate current benefits systems.

• Create forward-thinking solutions to boost employee satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to generate new ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of relevant experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or customer success management.

• Strong orientation towards customer service.

• Possess empathy, confidence, and assertiveness.

• Capability to establish and sustain long-term client relationships.

• Excellent communication skills that are clear, persuasive, and tailored for presentations, both individually and in group settings.

• Strong consulting abilities.

• Independent, solution-focused, and organized work approach.

• Exceptional organizational skills and robust commercial knowledge.

• Proficiency in both German and English, with strong negotiation skills.

• Solid project management capabilities.

• Interest in technical subjects.
