This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients.

• Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of professional experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or customer success management.

• Strong orientation towards customer service.

• Possess empathy, confidence, and assertiveness.

• Capability to establish and sustain long-term client relationships.

• Clear, persuasive, and presentation-focused communication skills, both individually and in group settings.

• Strong consulting abilities.

• Independent, solution-focused, and organized approach to work.

• Exceptional organizational skills and solid commercial knowledge.

• Proficiency in German and English, including strong negotiation capabilities.

• Robust project management skills.

• Interest in technical subjects.
