This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and administer compensation governance requests from the point of submission to final approval and processing.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Directors of Operations, Operations leaders, Center Administrators, and Payroll to facilitate compensation-related transactions.
• Evaluate requests for completeness, accuracy, alignment with policies, and necessary approvals.
• Organize Compensation Governance Committee meetings, which includes scheduling, developing agendas, preparing and distributing meeting materials, documenting decisions, and following up on action items.
• Act as the primary coordinator for the governance process, ensuring meetings are efficiently organized, stakeholders are ready, and committee operations run smoothly.
• Monitor and track governance workflow timelines, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any outstanding items.
• Maintain documentation and records pertaining to compensation approvals, market adjustments, incentives, promotions, and other compensation actions.
• Offer guidance to stakeholders regarding compensation processes, policies, and governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support operational efficiencies within compensation programs.
• Generate reports, metrics, and status updates for leadership as required.
• Strong project management and coordination capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple requests and competing priorities concurrently.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, Operations, and Payroll teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate meetings, create agendas, prepare materials, document outcomes, and track action items.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to review data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow/project management tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with supporting governance, approval, compliance, or workflow management processes is preferred.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and stakeholder support.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Payroll, Operations, Project Coordination, or a related field.
