This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct the compensation governance requests from initiation to final approval and processing.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Operations Directors, Operations leaders, Center Administrators, and Payroll to facilitate compensation-related transactions.
• Assess requests for completeness, accuracy, alignment with policies, and necessary approvals.
• Organize Compensation Governance Committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, preparation and distribution of meeting materials, documentation of decisions, and follow-up on action items.
• Act as the main coordinator for the governance process.
• Monitor and track governance workflow timelines and follow up on pending items.
• Maintain documentation and records pertaining to compensation approvals, market adjustments, incentives, promotions, and other compensation actions.
• Offer guidance on compensation processes, policies, and governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support operational efficiencies within compensation programs.
• Generate reports, metrics, and status updates for leadership.
• Strong skills in project management and coordination.
• Capability to handle multiple requests and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in collaborating and building relationships with cross-functional HR, Operations, and Payroll stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in coordinating meetings, creating agendas, preparing materials, documenting outcomes, and tracking action items.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to review data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow/project management tools is preferred.
• Background in supporting governance, approval, compliance, or workflow management processes is preferred.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and stakeholder support.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Payroll, Operations, Project Coordination, or a related function.
