Compensation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +26 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct job benchmarking and market pricing utilizing compensation surveys and labor market information.

• Analyze market trends and engage in salary surveys.

• Assist in the administration and decision-making of compensation programs.

• Assess positions and carry out job analyses to establish job classifications, salary grades, and pay structures.

• Ensure internal equity and consistency throughout the organization.

• Create, maintain, and refresh Total Rewards training materials.

• Aid in compensation-related communications, training resources, and Total Rewards initiatives.

• Offer guidance on compensation policies, programs, and processes.

• Support compliance efforts while sustaining competitive compensation programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and compensation experience.

• A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation, and data analysis.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities while upholding confidentiality.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification or progress toward certification is preferred.

• Preference for candidates residing in EST or CST.
