This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Lead efforts to achieve membership/enrollment objectives through various marketing initiatives, new market strategies, health fairs, community events, training, member retention, sales visibility, outreach to businesses and brokers, provider engagement, and networking.
• Conduct research and evaluate market and business opportunities.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, collaborate on, and execute meetings, presentations, training sessions, orientations, focus groups, field marketing events, and other projects.
• Cultivate and sustain business relationships and information to enhance membership/enrollment goals.
• Represent the department at both internal and external meetings.
• Create sales training materials for brokers, member retention strategies, new member training, and outreach presentations.
• Act as the department liaison for market materials, collateral distributions, inventory management, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary contact for significant projects.
• Collaborate with management on documenting workflow policies and procedures, strategic planning, product development, collateral creation, and sales strategies.
• Identify and initiate field marketing, grassroots lead generation, provider cooperative, and community venue opportunities.
• Work in conjunction with the sales team to ensure successful market execution.
• Develop strategies to increase crossover enrollment.
• Support outreach activities.
• Adhere to all policies and standards while performing other assigned duties.
• Candidates must reside in Connecticut.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably with government products.
• Experience in health insurance or managed care is preferred.
• Specific language proficiency may be necessary for certain plans.
• A Driver's License may be required for some plans.
• A Life and Health License, if mandated by the Business Unit/Department, must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• For Fidelis Care and Medicare only: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is required.
• For Medicare only: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, up to 80%, is essential.
