This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Generate new referrals, perform outreach, and deliver marketing support within a designated territory.
• Inform clients, families, support systems, Regional Center staff, and other groups about Aveanna’s support services.
• Drive revenue growth and collaborate with location management to ensure profitability.
• Build and nurture a robust referral network throughout the assigned territory.
• Dedicate over 50% of working hours away from the company’s premises or home on outreach, sales activities, and engaging with referral sources.
• Frequently travel to assigned Regional Centers to establish, develop, and maintain relationships with staff and clients.
• Represent Aveanna at offsite meetings, in-services, community events, conferences, expos, and resource fairs.
• Plan, budget, forecast, and carry out events and projects across California, which may include overnight travel.
• Facilitate educational in-services for Regional Center staff and public audiences.
• Design and produce informational materials for events.
• Develop community relations initiatives to enhance brand recognition and market share.
• Investigate and resolve sensitive inquiries and complaints from Regional Center staff, families, and clients.
• Identify potential growth areas and service lines.
• Act as an Aveanna liaison to Regional Centers and other Community-Based Organizations.
• Assist with the utilization management of referrals and follow up with referral sources and families.
• Manage and gather feedback from referral sources, clients, and the community within the designated territory.
• High School Diploma.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Caring, positive, and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated individual.
• Must hold a valid Driver License and have a driving record that meets company standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish, Vietnamese, or another language as deemed necessary by Aveanna).
• Must consistently adhere to confidentiality standards and maintain professional boundaries.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Proven capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ability to interact collaboratively with other departments and teams.
• Must be able to clearly speak, write, read, and comprehend English.
• Willingness to travel, including potential overnight stays.
• Access to reliable transportation with a well-maintained, insured vehicle that has current state registration for lawful operation.
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Capability to perform prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting.
• Ability to sit and climb stairs.
• Visual and hearing acuity required.
• Strong sense of smell and touch.
• Ability to operate in environments with allergens and other varied conditions.
• Compliance with relevant health-related requirements, including necessary vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions.
• Required vaccinations and testing, subject to medical or religious exemptions as applicable.
• Reliable transportation and a well-maintained vehicle are required; however, the company does not provide vehicles or transportation.
