This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and strategize community engagement initiatives, encompassing electronic communications, face-to-face meetings, and participation in events.
• Identify and implement presentation, sponsorship, and marketing opportunities within the community.
• Enhance the visibility of Pinnacle Treatment Centers by fostering and nurturing referral relationships.
• Establish trust through respectful communication and interactions, prioritizing customer experience.
• Discover new referral partners and explore untapped market opportunities.
• Increase brand awareness.
• Evaluate and formulate strategies to assist patients in accessing services in both existing and new markets.
• Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of Pinnacle services.
• Elevate public awareness of Pinnacle programs and services among business partners and the general public.
• Develop and strengthen strategic business partnerships, primarily with referral sources.
• Maintain regular communication and meetings with current business partners.
• Seek out new strategic relationships.
• Build and sustain a contact/referral database within the designated territory.
• Increase referrals by reaching out to target market groups, organizations, hospitals, treatment centers, and professionals.
• Support business growth by comprehending objectives and strategic direction.
• Facilitate communication between referral sources, Access Center, and facilities regarding business improvements and best practices.
• Coordinate the resolution of critical service issues with internal departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must possess experience in substance abuse/addiction treatment, as well as in business and referral development.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role and/or within behavioral healthcare.
• Two years of experience in SUD/BH business and referral development.
• A current valid driver’s license in good standing in the state of employment is required, along with insurability by the designated carrier.
• Willingness to travel throughout the state of Pennsylvania is necessary.
• Localized travel of up to 50% is required.
• This position requires driving for company-related purposes.
• High School diploma/GED or higher is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a behavioral science discipline from an accredited institution is preferred.
