This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with local hemophilia patient organizations to assess the educational needs of patients and their families.
• Cultivate relationships within the community and represent Sanofi at both local and national patient events.
• Deliver education on therapy, wellness, and lifestyle through programs and direct engagement with families.
• Create and maintain territory plans to pinpoint local community educational requirements.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage the territory and document activities.
• Offer field insights for new strategies and tactics, ensuring the patient voice is represented to the home office.
• Explore ways to support patients via advisory boards, feedback groups, internal projects, and content creation.
• Work collaboratively across functions with Case Managers, Sales, Marketing, Medical, Public Affairs, and Market Access teams.
• Conduct formal and informal presentations that communicate complex clinical information related to hematology.
• Exhibit expertise in therapeutics, products, diseases, and the marketplace.
• Provide market insights and field feedback to the home office.
• Enhance team effectiveness by sharing knowledge, experience, and information.
• Ensure compliance with Sanofi policies.
• Develop and implement territory business plans and launch strategies aimed at meeting or surpassing targets.
• A bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in educating patients and caregivers dealing with rare or chronic conditions.
• Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory.
• Willingness and capacity to work both traditional and non-traditional business hours.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
• A valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven industry success or 10 years of clinical experience as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, or Social Worker.
• Experience in hematology and product launches is preferred.
• An advanced degree in science, business, or nursing is preferred.
• Relevant industry experience is preferred.
• Experience working with specialty pharmacies is preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as part of job responsibilities.
