📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the market to pinpoint user challenges, local moderator issues, and market opportunities.

• Enhance and expand the consumer growth strategy by identifying opportunities, proposing ideas and initiatives, and convincing internal teams to synchronize on plans.

• Develop strategic initiatives to attract, educate, and nurture a local community of volunteer moderators.

• Create a conversion funnel aimed at onboarding power users and external creators, transforming them into engaged moderators.

• Share both quantitative and qualitative insights to refine and enhance the international consumer growth strategy.

• Examine quantitative and qualitative data, establish KPIs, and implement impactful community initiatives.

• Utilize data to reveal community and moderator insights that shape the direction of the local market team.

• Collaborate across various functions, including Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and Business Development teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Contract role available for candidates located in the UK or Ireland.

• Over 5 years of experience in community development, project management, growth, operations, or product consulting, with a proven record of community-led projects that have achieved business results.

• Extensive knowledge of French culture, including current events, politics, customs, traditions, language, areas of interest, and social taboos.

• In-depth understanding of the digital landscape and its cultural nuances, particularly regarding the internet culture in France.

• Clear and persuasive communicator capable of effective collaboration with internal teams, local users, moderators, partners, content creators, and influencers.

• Results-driven, with exceptional execution skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong enthusiasm for developing and executing projects, addressing issues and seeking solutions, testing hypotheses, and enhancing processes.

• Fluent in both French and English.
