Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing Fan Dynamics’ Managed Service offerings for a diverse range of clients.

• Oversee community engagement, particularly on Discord and for content creators.

• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop the FanDX roadmap.

• Support various client assistance initiatives.

• Prior experience in community management.

• Proven expertise, especially on Discord and/or with creators.

• Self-driven and motivated.

• Interest in enhancing skills across operational challenges.

• Capability to collaborate with Sales and Product teams on the FanDX roadmap.
