Community Growth Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Foster growth within current member companies

• Conduct research and map member accounts to uncover engaged contacts and expansion possibilities

• Connect with executives who might gain from Boards, Councils, and summits

• Schedule qualified discussions and provide relevant context during handoff

• Create opportunities for seat, Board, and Council expansions

• Meet monthly and quarterly individual and team objectives

• Implement consistent outreach across member accounts

• Handle high-volume outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn

• Discover new executives, functions, teams, and whitespace within accounts

• Keep informed about Assemble’s communities, Boards, Councils, summits, and network

• Work collaboratively on account-growth initiatives and strategic planning

• Utilize CRM data, member feedback, and outcomes to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a comparable client-facing role

• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing goals

• Strong ability to build relationships and engage with executives at the C-level

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Comfortable taking ownership of KPIs and adhering to detailed operational procedures

• Capability to maintain precise CRM records

• Inquisitive, detail-oriented, organized, commercially minded, and focused on relationship-building

• Proficient in research and account mapping

• Must currently reside in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia
