This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Safety and Compliance Committee.
• Keep precise records of committee membership, which includes roles, appointments, affiliations, contact details, and training statuses.
• Conduct appointment and onboarding procedures for new committee members.
• Monitor and track completion of annual orientation and training.
• Maintain and supervise records for Conflict of Interest tracking.
• Collaborate with HRSA, OPTN contractors, and internal teams effectively.
• Execute standard operating procedures for appointments and roster management.
• Coordinate updates to the roster and submit all related documentation within specified deadlines.
• Assist in updating SOPs based on feedback from internal sources or COR requests.
• Provide access to HRSA-approved Subject Matter Experts.
• Identify, maintain, and quickly deploy SMEs for site visits, incident reviews, and committee activities.
• Track and document SME participation, expertise, hours worked, request sources, and deliverables.
• Furnish committee records, trackers, dashboards, and SOP documentation to the COR and relevant stakeholders.
• Create clear reports and deliverables concerning membership, training, and COI activities.
• Inform the COR of any changes in committee membership within one business day.
• Offer administrative and logistical support for meetings and communications with members.
• Ensure that contractor support procedures are in accordance with the approved OPTN Patient Safety and Compliance Operations Plan.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, public policy, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy compliance, operational coordination, healthcare processes, or committee/board management.
• Proven experience in maintaining accurate records, managing workflows, and coordinating among various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities.
• Preferred knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance standards, or governance processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data tracking systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively with contractors, government stakeholders, and committee members.
• US citizenship is not a requirement.
• NACI (T1) public trust requirement is necessary.
