Commercial Vendor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Oversee activities related to the largest partner contracts within the Real Estate & Technical Sites sector.

• Serve as the primary stakeholder for designated external partners and suppliers engaged in work concerning Telia’s largest sites.

• Manage relationships with partners and suppliers effectively.

• Ensure efficient governance across various levels.

• Act as the main interface and central point of contact for Telia.

• Take ownership of agreements throughout their lifecycle.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop, manage, and enhance partner interfaces.

• Facilitate smarter working methods and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

• Supervise operations, escalations, and supplier deliveries.

• Promote the sharing of best practices and assist in business simplification and development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in negotiations and the ability to make decisions while managing operations, escalations, and supplier deliveries.

• Background in working with various external and internal interfaces, ideally within a technical organization, a regulated industry, or a business environment with numerous regulatory changes.

• Strong skills in stakeholder and vendor management.

• Experience in evaluating options and constructing business cases that support safe, reliable, and cost-effective deliveries.

• Acquaintance with project-oriented work while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

• Experience in the consultancy industry or construction contracting (ABT/ABK) is a plus.

• Technical interest and a willingness to adapt in a dynamic business environment.

• Swedish citizenship is mandatory due to required security vetting.

• A Bachelor's degree in economics or engineering is a plus.
