Commercial Trucking Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and adjust claims related to commercial auto and liability.

• Manage claims pertaining to trucking and transportation, including those involving bodily injuries.

• Implement claims regulations and laws that apply specifically to the commercial auto and trucking sectors.

• Assess claims and address associated challenges.

• Engage in communication and negotiations with all relevant stakeholders.

• Operate both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Utilize claims management software alongside Microsoft Office tools.

• Pursue ongoing professional development in the claims field with the support of training and home-office resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a commercial auto/liability claims adjuster, particularly in trucking and transportation claims.

• Required experience with bodily injury claims.

• Relevant licensing and state experience.

• Proven knowledge of claims laws and regulations relevant to the commercial auto and trucking industries.

• Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and within a team setting.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management software.
