This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist Title Agents with commercial real estate transactions.
• Help with title commitment evaluations, updates on title and taxes, title curative issues, recording and transfer tax details, as well as premium estimates.
• Develop and uphold files, records, and reports.
• Examine Buyer, Seller, and Lender transaction documents along with closing instructions.
• Assess surveys and other due diligence materials.
• Respond to exam inquiries and secure underwriting approvals.
• Prepare and modify title commitments, proforma title policies, and endorsements.
• Issue final title policies and endorsements in accordance with Company underwriting standards.
• Interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• 3-5 years of experience in the title industry.
• Preference for candidates with commercial multi-state experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college education is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office, including Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Capability to swiftly learn company operating systems, software tools, and technologies.
• FAST experience is preferred.
• Exceptional professional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong time management skills, including email and file organization.
• High attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a highly productive environment.
