This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main Commercial Representative for Zoetis' Global Hatchery portfolio within the designated market or region.
• Deliver high-level commercial assistance to meet annual gross revenue and margin objectives while adhering to budgeted expense limits.
• Foster new business development and enhance customer retention across assigned accounts, including Embrex, Hatchery Vaccines, and VMD.
• Aid in the growth and capabilities of market-level BioDevice Commercial staff.
• Responsively support areas of need within International Commercial Organizations.
• Collaborate with local market Poultry Business Unit Managers and/or BioDevice Commercial Managers to devise strategies, pinpoint key customers, and uncover business opportunities.
• Provide training on the product portfolio to local market Poultry/BioDevice Business Unit Managers and their teams.
• Align with BioDevice Commercial Managers and Support Specialists regarding the Global BioDevices strategy.
• Advocate for and assist with lease, sales, and package programs for Hatchery Vaccines, BioDevices, Parts, and Services.
• Coordinate Zoetis BioDevices commercial initiatives within assigned markets/regions.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for the BioDevices portfolio.
• Handle corporate and complex-level customer communications concerning Zoetis Global Hatchery, VMD, products, and services.
• Formulate account plans and engage in account plans led by market-level Commercial colleagues.
• Maintain customer knowledge and utilize the Hatchery Database to optimize business opportunities.
• Convey customer requirements to Customer Service, Veterinary Services, Marketing, market-level Commercial teams, and Global Hatchery Operations.
• Cultivate an industry network and recognize emerging opportunities.
• Generate reports on industry news, customer developments, sales goals, achievements, and competitive insights.
• Enhance customer loyalty by building relationships with key account decision-makers and influencers.
• Provide insights for the development of marketing plans.
• Utilize the CRM tool to manage accounts, contacts, and business activities.
• Monitor changes and future needs within assigned accounts and deliver monthly forecasts.
• Offer proactive guidance for the development and execution of the Operating Plan.
• Primarily work in the field and travel overnight 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Life Sciences, Agribusiness, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in the poultry, animal health, agricultural, or related sectors.
• At least 4 years of experience in commercial or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must reside in the supported region.
• Must be willing to travel overnight 50% of the time.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Capability to work in animal environments typical of the poultry industry and cGMP/Human Flu Vaccine Production facilities.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project software).
• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to address common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
