This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ingest data from various source systems into the cloud repository.
• Create reliable and repeatable data pipelines.
• Transform, clean, and model complex and imperfect data utilizing Databricks.
• Design and construct robust data models as sources and requirements evolve.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards tailored for leadership audiences.
• Conduct thorough QA and data validation to ensure accurate, consistent, and defensible outputs.
• Guide work through the complete technical lifecycle from raw source to published, documented, and leadership-ready product.
• Collaborate with Commercial Performance Directors to comprehend business needs and convert them into technical solutions.
• Assume increasing ownership of data processes, solution architecture, outputs, and future direction.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Databricks for data processing, transformation, and analytics.
• Proven experience in ingesting data within an Azure cloud environment and constructing reliable data pipelines.
• Excellent skills in data transformation and manipulation.
• Exceptional QA capabilities and attention to detail.
• Capacity to transform vague requests and complex data into finished outputs independently with sound technical judgment.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and transformation.
• Proficient in Python for data processing and analytics.
• Familiarity with AI, including experience with building MCP servers, connectors, and integrations, ideally in code.
• Comfortable working with Claude Code.
• Experience in workflow automation, such as Power Automate (preferred).
• Knowledge of version control and DevOps practices, including Git and Azure DevOps (preferred).
• Degree in data, analytics, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
