Commercial Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage civil, commercial, and intricate litigation cases

• Work on issues in both state and federal courts

• Undertake tasks with minimal oversight

• Participate in client-facing interactions

• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience for the Sacramento office; applicants of all experience levels are encouraged to apply

• Experience in civil litigation

• Background in commercial and complex litigation in both state and federal courts

• Insurance defense experience is advantageous

• Capability to manage tasks with minimal supervision

• Must hold a valid license in California

• A cover letter, resume, and writing sample are required
