This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of enterprise sales and business development, along with the LiftNet revenue target.
• Manage contract negotiations, commercial terms, and legal coordination.
• Develop and oversee the go-to-market strategy, market positioning, and competitive intelligence.
• Lead the marketing strategy, which includes partnerships, events, website management, and demand generation.
• Oversee solution engineering and pre-sales technical qualifications.
• Manage pricing strategy, discount governance, and proposal standards.
• Ensure effective pipeline management and CRM accuracy.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships, channel development, and renewals.
• Maintain the legal-counsel relationship and manage legal documents, including MSSA and terms and conditions.
• Build, nurture, and coach the team in alignment with the Sales Playbook.
• Propel revenue growth and scale the commercial function for LiftNet's enterprise clientele.
• Supervise commercial activities across real estate, transit, healthcare, and government sectors.
• Achieve targets related to ARR, pipeline coverage, contract win rates, contract values, renewal retention, sales-cycle duration, marketing ROI, and customer-acquisition costs.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals.
• Experience in managing pricing governance and contract terms in collaboration with legal counsel.
• Leadership experience in go-to-market and marketing strategies, including demand generation, positioning, and partner/channel development.
• CRM proficient; capable of managing a precise, forecastable pipeline and delivering clean reports to the board.
• Comfortable navigating regulated and enterprise buying environments, encompassing real estate, public sector, transit, healthcare, and large service providers.
• Exposure to vertical transportation, building technology, or the IoT industry is advantageous.
• Proven ability to build and scale commercial teams.
• High level of autonomy paired with low ego.
• Communication style focused on bottom-line results.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Operations and Technology teams.
