This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and provide dedicated, embedded Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain ongoing communication and collaborate closely with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance-to-plan metrics, and outcomes.
• Provide execution-oriented insights and thought leadership to facilitate performance-to-plan discussions and guide actionable strategies.
• Lead opportunity assessments, including identification of targeted accounts and subsets, distribution gap analyses, execution and effectiveness of displays, and key/BTG account opportunities.
• Recognize and convey the market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, as well as distribution successes and setbacks.
• Create market-specific tools and provide real-time support and training for field teams utilizing data in sales scenarios.
• Offer responsive ad-hoc analytical support, including comprehensive division-level analyses for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales interactions.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool enhancement, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist in planning, tracking programs and ROI, executing launches/resets, and facilitating distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Identify areas for enhancement in analytical processes or tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring the continuity of reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight reports for senior management.
• Promote a data-driven culture throughout the division.
• Participate in key distributor meetings alongside division sales leaders to comprehend and help resolve business challenges.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is required.
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is essential.
• Proficient understanding of Power BI and data modeling principles.
• Capability to guide report creation and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in analyzing, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executive to field, to generate insights for specific audiences.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in delivering presentations to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
• Ability to exhibit initiative, flexibility, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and problem-solving skills.
