This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and dedicated Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain regular communication and closely collaborate with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance-to-plan, and outcomes.
• Provide execution-oriented insights and thought leadership to sales management.
• Highlight sales and program outcomes, risks, and opportunities to facilitate performance-to-plan discussions and inform actions.
• Lead opportunity assessments, including targeted account and subset identification, distribution gap analysis, display execution effectiveness, and key/BTG account opportunities.
• Identify and communicate market-level effects of Strategic Account programming, as well as distribution successes and failures.
• Create tools and provide market-specific training and real-time support for field teams utilizing data in sales scenarios.
• Offer responsive ad-hoc analytical support and conduct division-level deep dives for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales presentations.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Aid in planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Identify potential enhancements for analytics processes and tools alongside Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Assist with distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring reporting continuity.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the division.
• Collaborate with division sales leaders during key distributor meetings to gain insights and address business challenges.
• Execute additional related responsibilities as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is required.
• Proficiency in Power BI and knowledge of data modeling concepts.
• Capability to guide report development and analyze DAX-based data.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executive to field, to derive insights for the appropriate audience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
