This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and provide dedicated, embedded Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain ongoing communication and closely collaborate with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance-to-plan, and outcomes.
• Provide execution-oriented insights and thought leadership to facilitate performance-to-plan discussions and guide actions.
• Conduct opportunity analysis, which includes identifying targeted accounts and subsets, performing distribution gap analysis, assessing display execution and effectiveness, and recognizing key/BTG account opportunities.
• Identify and convey market-level implications arising from Strategic Account programming, distribution achievements, and setbacks.
• Create tools and deliver market-specific training along with real-time support for field teams utilizing data in sales situations.
• Provide responsive ad-hoc analytics support and conduct division-level deep dives for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-focused strategies.
• Assist in planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, and facilitate distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Enhance analytics processes and tools in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring continuity in reporting.
• Transform intricate data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings alongside division sales leaders to gain insights and tackle business challenges.
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• At least 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights.
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is essential.
• Proficient understanding of Power BI and data modeling principles.
• Capability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executive to field, to derive insights tailored to the intended audience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into practical insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
