Collections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the recovery of outstanding payments within the personal finance department as an individual contributor.

• Identify accounts with overdue payments and devise strategies to bring loans to a current status.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection and performance targets.

• Conduct both outbound and inbound calls with clients to resolve outstanding debts.

• Adhere to GoodLeap’s policies and procedures regarding collections.

• Maintain accurate records of amounts owed and the duration of delinquency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections.

• Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and persuasion strategies.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Previous telemarketing experience with financial products is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Self-driven and highly goal-oriented.

• Collaborative team player.

• Professional demeanor.
