Collections Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Engage with customers experiencing financial difficulties related to secured products such as mortgages.

• Assess each customer's unique situation.

• Perform income and expenditure evaluations to determine affordability.

• Establish achievable and sustainable repayment plans customized to meet customer requirements.

• Offer reassurance and support through effective and professional communication.

• Recognize vulnerable customers and direct them to suitable support services.

• Ensure fair outcomes for customers while adhering to regulatory standards.

• Foster positive customer experiences by getting it right on the first attempt.
