Collections Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with compassion and assurance

• Assess financial circumstances and provide customized solutions

• Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, and complete repayments

• Uphold quality standards and ensure FDCPA compliance

• Maintain precise records

• Collaborate effectively with team leaders

• Participate in team interactions via camera during shifts

• Assist consumers facing financial challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• Must live in the greater Jacksonville area

• Must be capable of working from home

• High school diploma or GED required

• Excellent communication skills — assertive, clear, and professional

• Strong critical thinking and active listening abilities

• Comfort with basic mathematics and percentages

• Fundamental computer skills

• Dependable high-speed internet connection

• Experience in collections, sales, or call center is advantageous

• Must appear on camera and remain engaged during work hours

• Availability Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM

• One evening shift per week from 12PM to 9PM
