Collection Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with customers regarding their account balances

• Collaborate with customers to achieve payment solutions or resolutions

• Utilize available tools, knowledge, and training to excel in the position

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Competent in basic computer applications

• Quick learner with new software

• Strong active listening skills and clear verbal communication

• Flexible schedule required Monday to Friday between 8 am and 7 pm

• Preferred one (1) year of experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center

• Preferred skills in Analytical thinking, Problem-Solving, and Negotiation
