Colleague Consultant – AR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver implementation support for Colleague, which includes training, functional consulting, and technical assistance at client locations.

• Evaluate business processes associated with student billing, payments, refunds, and collections.

• Suggest technological solutions to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.

• Engage with student accounts and financial aid stakeholders to grasp their requirements, challenges, and objectives.

• Collaborate on solutions that align with institutional policies and regulations.

• Keep abreast of best practices and advancements in Ellucian Colleague and student account technology.

• Recommend and execute ongoing improvements to optimize the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery within established timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of direct experience with the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module at a college or university.

• Proven experience in implementing the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Colleague for student billing, payment processing, refund disbursement, and collections.

• Skill in troubleshooting both technical and functional issues within the Colleague Student Accounts module.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities along with a strong customer service orientation.

• Highly self-motivated with robust problem-solving skills.

• Experience in creating student accounts reports, including aging reports, billing summaries, and payment reconciliations.

• Capability to convey user requirements to the technical support team.

• Familiarity with the use of Colleague across different types of institutions.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
