Cold Calling Representative – Part-Time, Independent Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct live outbound calls for rapidly expanding B2B technology firms.

• Engage with gatekeepers and decision-makers effectively.

• Utilize Sellfire's AI-driven platform for lead lists, call preparation, dialing, and coaching insights.

• Schedule qualified meetings for clients' sales teams.

• Receive personalized feedback and coaching after each call.

• Select which customer programs to engage with.

• Complete screening and equipment verification.

• Successfully finish Sellfire training and certification.

• Begin making calls on a self-directed schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in the United States.

• Availability for flexible part-time work; full-time options may also be available.

• Must be competitive, receptive to coaching, and comfortable with rejection.

• Clear and confident communication skills are essential.

• A quiet workspace is required.

• Access to a reliable computer is necessary.

• A headset is required for calling.

• Stable internet connection is essential.

• Must pass the screening and equipment checks.

• Completion of Sellfire training and certification is mandatory.

• Must adhere to quality standards on every call, including following each client's approved script.

• Responsible for personal taxes as an independent contractor (1099).
