Cold Caller (Freelance)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Initiate contact with businesses via phone (cold calling)

• Engage in discussions with key decision-makers

• Assess needs and spark interest in our sales consulting services

• Arrange qualified appointments for our consulting team

• Provide brief documentation of your interactions

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, outbound calling (cold calling), or a call center is beneficial but not mandatory

• Excellent communication skills and a confident phone demeanor

• Capability to work independently with high motivation

• Must have personal equipment (laptop, phone, and internet connection)

• Proficient in the German language

• Must be self-employed as a freelancer

• Compensation is commission-based
