This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist students in recognizing and developing their academic potential.

• Provide resources, techniques, and strategies for more effective studying.

• Work on motivation, organization, and emotional management of the student.

• Continuously and personally supervise and accompany each student's progress.

• Organize your schedule and manage your students.

• Build your own portfolio of students and advance as a professional in educational coaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education related to Psychology, Pedagogy, Coaching, or similar fields.

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

• Basic knowledge of online tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

• Previous experience as a coach is not required.
