This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Participate in the development, integration, and testing of innovative technology products.
• Engage in hands-on development engineering for products that incorporate sensor, algorithmic, and agentic technologies.
• Write and test code for backend components, APIs, and tool integrations related to agents.
• Investigate technical issues, review outputs from partner teams, and document the findings.
• Convert requirements into implementation and testing tasks with appropriate guidance.
• Communicate results effectively to the team.
• Contribute to a backend component, integration, prototype, or testing tool.
• Document code, test results, known limitations, and suggest follow-up work.
• Assist in building backend services or utilities that connect agents to tools, manage execution, capture results, and support repeatable testing.
• Test the reception, structuring, completeness, and consistency of digital health technology data.
• Help integrate models or algorithms into product components and test their interfaces, outputs, and error handling.
• Develop automated checks or utilities for reviewing test results, identifying defects, and managing technical dependencies.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, data science, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in programming with Python or another relevant programming language.
• Demonstrated applied software development, data analysis, or machine learning skills through coursework, research, personal projects, or prior work experience.
• Familiarity with Git, APIs, backend development, or automated testing is advantageous.
• A keen interest in AI agents and digital health technologies.
• Ability to clearly articulate work, document findings, and collaborate with individuals possessing diverse expertise.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age before the scheduled start date.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college, university, or skills program/apprenticeship.
• 6-month student position from January through June 2027.
